What is a Web Course?
Fully accessible via the Web anywhere and anytime -- can be global
No requirement for location-based activities; can be requirements for synchronous activities
Flexible times, places — “asynchronous”
Significant use of web technology to facilitate “systematic interaction and learning”
**In DL terms — A tutor or adjunct could deliver the course - The developing faculty is not necessarily part of the delivery.
